Love him or hate him – he is back on our screens this week

So guess who is back on our tv screens this Thursday at 8.30pm – on ITV? Got it in one – Timothy from Princess Cruises will be appearing in the new series The Cruise – sailing the Caribbean which will show the Royal Princess crew and guests as they sail around the Caribbean and is shown over a 3 part series again. The Caribbean is on my list of cruises to do within the next 5 years so am hoping to see some of the islands although reading the programme synopsis it does appear to be more about the crew and onboard life.

Does anyone else think Timothy is now the face of Princess Cruises for their tv shows? As he has appeared in all the series or is it just by chance he happens to be working onboard the ships the film crew are working on?  This series sees him with extra responsibility as he is in charge of dispatching tour passengers on to the tour buses – he has always come across as a little goofy on the other series so will we see a more serious Timothy in this one? especially when just 15 minutes before departure he is still missing 5 buses. I quite like Timothy but he does seem to get mixed opinions on the forums with some liking him and others tuning of because of him

I am sailing again on the Royal Princess on the 10th May so am looking forward to seeing this series to see the ship again as was a beautiful ship, and also hoping that Timothy might be on my sailing. Myself and a few of my colleagues are all sailing on different segments of a British Isles Cruise. I have sailed the Greenock to Edinburgh sector 3 years ago and this time will be on the Edinburgh to Southampton sector.
