BREXIT Promises from cruiselines and us…….

Hi all, well it didn’t happen on the 29th March as promised! Now it looks like it won’t happen on the 11th April either, so just wanted to touch base and let you know what the cruise lines are doing re Brexit.

I realise this is fast becoming an issue for people when choosing the right cruise for themselves, Will the prices changed once booked, What if planes don’t fly?  Will the exchange rate go up onboard?

All questions that Fred Olsen has taken the initiative to answer, They have said that after Brexit if a ship doesn’t sail due to the Uk leaving the EU, well you get your money back and a free cruise ….. wow !! I hope this helps people to rest at ease when they book Fred Olsen. They also say that once a cruise is booked and confirmed (deposit paid) the price and surcharges will not change. With regards, the exchange rate they are saying British pounds onboard will help with this,

There is a whole world out there that needs exploring why stop at Europe !!! Blue or red Passport we will still be able to go all over that great big world, just the same as now! As always make sure your insurance is the correct insurance for your trip, book with an ABTA and ATOL protected company (which we are ) and you will be fine.
