The Christening of the Year!

Now for those who haven’t sailed with MSC or considered sailing with them, the question is why? We travelled on board Seaside last year as a family and all I can say is Wow, a fantastic ship, destination and overall thoroughly enjoyable. I have made an earlier post about our trip if you would like to find out more please take a closer look. Now Why I am mentioning them again you may ask? Well we are on the countdown to yet another fantastic ship launch following on from Bellissima which set to the high seas back in only March. Grandiosa MSC’s newest ship is arriving this Autumn, there are less than 100 days to go and I can not wait, hoping my invite will be arriving shortly. Grandiosa will have the longest LED Dome at sea cascading over a spectacular indoor promenade along with elegant interior designs and the trademark Swarovski crystal staircase, which are just beautiful, glistening in the light and airy atrium areas. You will also find 12 restaurants on board and Harald Wohlfahrt one of the worlds top ten chefs, has created a special menu to be served one evening a week in the A La Carte restaurant and MSC Yacht Club. The Yacht club is a class of it’s own, if your prefer to travel in elegance and grandeur you will have the luxury of “One Pool Deck” with its own pool, whirlpool, sun deck, bar and the elegant Top Sail Lounge with all-inclusive gastronomy. Our experience of the dining on board was excellent with a wide choice throughout the ship and the Ice Cream is to die for, the choices were endless and if you have selected a drinks package the wide and varied choices are complimentary.

Why not enjoy a show pre or post dinner?, on board you will find Cirque Du Soleil at Sea, there will be two exclusive shows of artistic mastery and finesse in the cutting edge theatre. There is small charge for this show but it most defiantly worth it and includes a cocktail.
