Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Cruise.co.uk (the “Promoter”), their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter, participants must fill in the entry form linked in our post. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. No purchase is necessary.

3. Opening and Closing Dates

3.1 Entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 31st December 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date. The winner will be contacted privately via email within 7 days of the closing date. Proof of identity and eligibility may be required.

4.1 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, or cannot provide necessary verification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with the above process.

5. Prize Details

5.1 The prize is a 7-Night Cruise for two to Spain, France & Portugal onboard MSC Cruises Meraviglia on the 30th October 2027, departing from Southampton. The prize includes:

• Balcony Cabin (Please note that the cabin may be obstructed, as this is a ‘Guaranteed Cabin’)

• Premium Extra Drinks Package

5.2 The prize does not include: travel insurance, luggage fees, personal expenses, any local taxes, or incidental costs.

6. Travel Requirements

6.1 The winner must hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months and meet all travel and health requirements, including insurance, applicable visas, and vaccinations, as determined by the cruise line or relevant government agencies. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the winner is unable to travel due to insufficient documentation.

7. Prize Restrictions

7.1 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

7.3 No alternative arrangements or compensation will be provided in the event of cancellation or inability to travel.

8. Liability

8.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

9.2 By entering, you consent to the use of your data for the administration of this competition.

10. Publicity

10.1 By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

12.1 This prize draw is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
