This offer is only valid to Cruise.co.uk customers who book selected Cruise.co.uk cruise and stay packages and arrange Travel Insurance with Just Insurance Agents Limited (trading as Justtravelcover.com), between 24/05/2024 and 21/06/2024 inclusive and incepted within 14 days of the promotion end date.

General Terms & Conditions

- This offer applies to qualifying Cruise.co.uk customers who arrange insurance cover via Just Insurance Agents Limited call centre only.

- All enquiries must be completed via telephone by calling 0800 093 7397.

- This offer is not available to redeem online via justtravelcover.com or any associated website, and any policies issued online via justtravelcover.com or any associated website will not be eligible for the offer and customers cannot attempt to redeem this after purchase.

- You must have a valid booking reference number. Booking reference and surname will be used to validate you as eligible for this offer.

- This offer is per qualifying Cruise.co.uk booking only, and not per person.

- This offer applies to new quotations/policies only and cannot be redeemed against existing Travel Insurance policies and applies to the original new business premium only.

- The customer is responsible for any premium in excess of £200.

- Any policy adjustments resulting in a change of premium do not apply to this offer.

- Should you cancel the Travel Insurance outside of the 14-day cooling off period, charges will apply, and the insurer is not obliged to provide a refund. Should a discretionary refund be agreed, any refund will be split as a percentage of the premium paid by you.

- This offer is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

- Where cover cannot be provided, no cash refund or alternative will be offered

- Just Insurance Agents Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time on reasonable notice provided that no such amendment or withdrawal will affect your rights in relation to quotations already offered.

- Quotations are valid for 14 days.

- Cruise.co.uk reserve the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.

- This offer is not mandatory, and customers can opt out if they so wish at the quotation or purchased stage of the process.

- Customers will provide their information to Just Insurance Agents Limited for the purposes of insurance cover and details will be shared with relevant insurance partners in relation to the insurance cover. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Just Insurance Agents Limited’s (trading as Justtravelcover.com) privacy policy.

- Offer is subject to customer status and eligibility criteria.

- Once Travel Insurance policy has been issued, all queries relating to the Travel Insurance policy must be directed to Just Insurance Agents Limited (trading as justtravelcover.com) by calling 0800 093 7397.

Eligibility Criteria

• Available to UK residents only (includes Channel Islands and the Isle of Man)

• All information provided by the customer must be true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.

• Insurance is only valid for trips that commence in and return to the UK and must be purchased in the UK.

• The Customer will need to adhere to and refer to the Insurance Product Information Document (IPID) and Policy Wording for full details on the level of cover given by taking this offer.

• The customer must be fit to travel on the trip, be a permanent UK resident, be registered with a UK doctor and not travelling against the advice of a doctor or with the intention to receive medical treatment.

Key Benefits

• Cruise specific benefits available with some insurance products, including Missed Port Departure, Cabin Confinement, Unused Excursions, Itinerary Change, Cruise Interruption

• Varying levels of cover available with up to £12,500 Cancellation Cover per person as standard. (Increased Cancellation Cover available subject to additional premium and Terms & Conditions).

• Cover can be provided for trips up to 548 days in advance of travel.

• Cover for Worldwide trips (including USA, Canada & Caribbean) over 94+ days is capped at age 79 with a maximum duration of 124 days. • For ALL trips, cover for pre-existing medical conditions is subject to medical screening.

Key Exclusions

• There is no cover for travel to a destination where the Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) have advised against all, or all but essential travel.

• All quotations are subject to acceptance criteria and policy terms and conditions.
