I turn my back for 5 minutes!

Isnt it just typical! as soon as I book a cheeky little getaway to get some sun on my face and warm up my bones, all hell breaks loose in the offices of cruise.co.uk!

Why? well, P&O decide to announce the sale dates for Britannia’s 2015 sailings on 26th & 27th March, right in the middle of my soiree in the sun!  Talk about bad timing!

It was my first day back on friday 28th, and it seems I missed all the excitement and drama! The phones were ringing off the hook!!

In that short 48 hour period, we achieved record sales for this magnificent ship, mainly through pre registrations, which meant that our clients were not disappointed, and who can now look forward to a holiday of a lifetime on one of the largest, most beautifully designed cruise ships of the 21st century!

Not to worry though, the party’s not over,  as P&O are launching their 2015/2016 programme next week which will feature 211 cruises with 8 beautiful ships to 81 different ports in 61 countries! Including  15 new maiden ports:-

Bonifacio, Corsica
With a mixed French and Italian feel to the island, visitors enjoy the best of both worlds in the wonderfully warm climes.
Fort William
Set between the UK’s highest peak, Ben Nevis, and Loch Linnhe, Fort William offers a myriad of vistas whether or not you hike up to the summit.

Gozo
Malta’s quieter little brother is a step back in time and will surprise visitors by the amount to see packed into the relatively untouched island.

Killybegs
This traditional fishing town bombards the senses with the smell of the sea air, the caw of seagulls and the smell of local eateries cooking the fresh produce.

Other maiden calls in 2015 are: Georgetown, Guyana; Gijon, Spain; Porto Santo, Portugal; Villagarcia de Arosa, Spain; Wismar, Germany.

So lots of new destinations to explore and plenty to look forward to!
