We were on a Holland America cruise in November. We bought a wine card from the waiter in the restaurant - either a 10 glass or a 20 glass is available. It makes the cost of a glass of wine very reasonable. There were also beer offers and Happy Hour between 4.30 and 5.30 every day in specified bars where you could buy one, get one free on beer and cocktails.
