    Virtual Grand National Anyone

    Hi All

This should have been Grand National Day today.

However ITV is running a Virtual Grand National at 1700 today.

    Anyone placing a bet??

Profits from the event to the NHS.

At least cancelling this barbaric race will save a couple of chasers from death.

I’ve never been a horse racing fan. My last bet was in 1977 when Red Rum won. From memory, I put £1 on it and I won about £10. It’s a mugs game.

My stake will come from my winnings in 2018 lying in my on-line Bookies a/c. I only bet on games I understand and the odds are reasonable.

Used to watch him training on Southport beach. His stable was close to my wife's gran's house in Birkdale.

Wasn't it brilliant? Watched it in High Def and it was great graphics, you wouldn't have known
