Advent started last Sunday. Always 4 Sundays before Christmas Day.

Advent calendars seem to begin on Dec 1.

Ahh, the purest Highland Single Malt - perfected by the sixteen men of Tain.

Have joined you 🥃. Glenmorangie (properly pronounced as a great ScottIsh colleague taught me) Cellar 13 ( for the 13 men on Tain) my absolute favourite but now on my last bottle as sadly no longer distilled.

I’m not a whisky drinker but as far as I know their distillery in Tain is still in operation but maybe Lawnmowerman can verify this.

Issyalex - you are certainly right; Glenmorangie still splendidly distilling in Tain; it’s the Cellar 13 that they stopped making I was referring to. Recent birthday and my ‘kids’ bought me Nectar D Or and Latanya.
