                Apologies for the week-late response,Issy
but I've only just noticed the replies to this thread! sorry..

We went on board as part of a group of local Travel Agents doing a familiarisation tour.

Neither the wife nor I were that impressed

I probably ordered the wrong thing
in that I like trying the interesting veggie things that many ship's menus offer
                and am usually pleasantly surprised.

Their rather tasteless veggie burger self-disassembled in a crumbly manner

It was OK I guess -I didn't send it back! -managed to eat it all :D

Dessert was better -dessert is always better, that's why I saved room for it

and very much like Carnival's Warm Chocolate Melting Cake!

The girls had liqueur after, while I went prowling about on deck for photos.

The ship's interior decor is definitely on the bland side
especially compared to our 4-day Caribbean Princess experience
                about 10 days previous
but maybe that's what well-heeled cruisers want.

                              Aplmac, Barbados;
Many of the regular posters on this forum have become consumed with elevating themselves above the rank of Ship's Cat, etc. and are now posting for posting's sake.
                              i.e. "growing their numbers".

This results in lots of silly posts of no real value other than simple-minded chit-chat
to pass the time of day and the duration of winter.
                              .
                              Hi Aplmac
Does around 50% of the posts on this thread count as superfluous postings in an effort to elevate one's rank by posting for postings sake? :D:D;)
