The company will operate a 94-day journey around the Pacific from Los Angeles, visiting a total of 35 ports in five segments.
Passengers will be carried on Crystal Serenity to Hawaii, the South Pacific, Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Russia and other destinations.
There will be a number of firsts on the itinerary, including Crystal Cruises' maiden call at Newcastle, Australia and a three-day overland adventure in Beijing.
The cruise line will also be returning to South Korea for the first time since 1994.
Bill Smith, Crystal's senior vice president of sales and marketing, described the voyage as "the ultimate luxury vacation", full of "exotic destinations, one-of-a-kind adventures and special events".
He added: "The shorter overall length of the 2012 voyage makes this grand voyage even more attractive to those trying their first world cruise experience with Crystal."
