I've done a 2 nighter which was ok but over in the blink of an eye and with travelling to Southampton from the North West it wasn't at all restful.Last cruise was a 4 nighter which was a much better experience and much more like a "proper" cruise,which was why I was so disappointed P&O don't have any next year in the school holidays,if they had I'd have booked one.I think it also helped that we spent 2 nights before in Bournemouth to break the journey and relax before going onboard,it was great to be onboard early too!
