    Costa Cruises offering festive menus

Costa Cruises has collaborated with four prestigious restaurants to create some special menus that will be available on five ships during the festive season.

The company developed the new culinary offerings in partnership with Cracco in Milan, Santini in London, Le Stresa in Paris and San Pietro in New York.

Menus will consist of starters, two first courses, two main courses and the Italian sweet bread panettone to finish.

Dishes on offer to Costa Cruises passengers will include steamed sturgeon in beet sauce, marinated pork tenderloin with Sicilian caponata and roasted Venetian guinea fowl.

The meals will be prepared by executive chefs on five of the company's ships - Costa Pacifica, Concordia, Magica, Luminosa and Deliziosa.

Guests will also be invited to combine the dishes with wines from Aneri, with Leda and Pinot Nero Ale set to accompany the Christmas and New Year's Eve meals.

Some 15,000 people are expected to sail on the five Costa ships offering the festive menus this year.
