    I think that it's the way forward that NCL should have gone. The article states that room service will still be free, with the current choices are still available free of charge. They are introducing additional items at a cost. P&O and Princess already do this and I have no cause for complaint. Additional extras are fine, more choice is good, provided that the basic room service is still free.

    I would guess that breakfast and hot drinks are the main room services people use and if these remain free then no harm no foul IMHO.
