      If you get the shuttle to the port exit, turn right along he main road and walk for bout 500M you will see a church on the left side and you will be opposite the tram stop, from there its about 20 stops, The museum is next to the Domein Raversijde stop, cross the road and walk back along the road and up some steps and then down to the other side, the entrance is on that road.
