    With a rapid(15min) test available at reasonable cost pre boarding testing is likely to become the norm.


    Although not that accurate a few false negatives can slip through and false positives will get refused boarding should weed out some(most?) of the asymptomatic.
    Bummer if you are a false positive.

    Don't travel in a group to a MSC cruise in case anyone tests positive, difficult if you have to fly.

    MSC would have to pay me a shed load of money to become a guinea pig in their human experiment of getting back to cruising.

    Even on one of their trips you'll still come into contact with folks who are likely to be asymptomatic.

    And then the Covid is back onboard not just for the cruise you're on but the next one through the crew..

    I read that the passengers can not go ashore, unless they are on an MSC excursion.
