I can not imagine being away for 2/3 of a year, the logistics of maintaining your daily life at home, allied to staying healthy on board, no thanks.

Not a problem just reminding those that may forget what they said last time.

Plenty of topics get regurgitated, smoking, dress codes and tipping being quite popular.

This one covers the long cruise and loads of money.

Not sure I should want to be away for so long. I'm sure there would be issues with home insurance, health insurance etc. it is going to cost a bit more than the cruise price.

If I went, I'd either get 'cabin fever' or never want it to end!

However my Bank manager has ensured that I'm NOT onboard!

Not a chance. Couldn't afford it and wouldn't do it if I could. I enjoy life at home too much.

                        Agreed.

I have spent 1 month and longer on various continents incorporating land and cruise trips.

You can only sail around certain countries and you won't travel through them often missing and JMO the best. NZ, Japan and South Africa come to mind.
