    Club Balcony on Cunard

Has anyone tried Club dining on QE, we have just had a quote and seems ok, before we book; on reading the Cunard brochure it seems to only refer to open dining for evening meal, I was wondering if you could have breakfast and lunch in there also.

Yes your assigned Table is yours & yours only for all Meals, But you can use the M.D.R for Breakfast & Lunch & the Lido at anytime. If the price is right I would take it.

Thanks Tuggy, can I also ask do you give your prefered table size at time of booking which is what we usually do for Britannia, or is the table size allocated on boarding.

You select your table size on booking i have only seen Club being sold as Cunard Fare, If you manage to get it on a Saver fare even better as most of the Tables in club are for 2 if you want a larger table no problem they just push them together

We received a letter from the TA asking if we wanted to upgrade but did not give specific details as to what the upgrade was, this is a tailor made which includes 18 nights on QE. The original booking was on an early saver, so we thought we would find out more, on phoning this evening they had one club balcony cancellation and offered it to us, it was a great deal cheaper than the Cunard price, we are going to book first thing tomorrow morning, we usually dine in Lido for breakfast and lunch but we want to get the best out of this so will probably take all of our meals in there.

Best of luck if you get if you get it its a good deal & you will not regret paying the little bit extra for Club Dinning I believe that you also get a invite to drinks with the Senior Officers alongside the Grills Guests

Not just Grills guests but diamond world club members also go to senior officer parties and very nice they are too.

There is a separate drinks invite for Grills guests normally held in the grills lounge & terrace area, This is the one that I meant that he could be invited to.

Hi Tuggy, we fly to Hong Kong then spend one night there, then join QE to cruise around Vietnam, Singapore, India and Phuket, just got our Indian visas through so everything is falling into place, we finish our cruise in Dubai where we spend a couple of nights.

I believe eve that is only for grills guests and does not include Britannis club but am sure someone will correct me.
