Beware Riviera Travel even though they are a Which preferred supplier.

I had booked a river cruise for 2018 this year with them.

They then changed the outward travel arrangements not because of an availability issue but because they could not purchase the tickets at the quoted price. This hiccup necessitated a re-routing which required changing stations in Paris with the passenger handling the luggage. Not quite as advertised on the tin.

Initially refused to refund my deposit but it was refunded eventually.

Initially disappointed but then I recalled a forum member who had booked an Elbe river cruise but was advised only days before her trip that it would be a bus tour instead. BTW the river boat had been moored for 1 month previously.
