MSC Magnifica 7n various dates fromm £359 or maybe £280 inc Solo

Thanks to MIke48 for the heads up on this

I had seen them but but not looked at the detail.

The headline rate is £359pp for some dates in Nov/Dec

lets get he itinerary out the way first it 7n all the same Tue-TUe
    UOP2.jpg

not great for the itinerary driven but ok if you are happy with the ship
(we have Miniatur Wunderland on our list to do so that's an inside option for Hamburg.

    sample times below.

WARNING : this is a HOHO Cruise embarkation at all ports

A quick look at availability and it is quite sparse only a few of each grade showing
probably because they are shared out to each port.

Now for the money shot. (helps to know MSC price models)

UK lead in price inside bella £359 up to Balcony bella £489, suites are in short supply not all dates.

The health care discount can apply to these.

voyager club looks like 5% discount(diamond).

No solo supplement. (couple Book an inside and a higher grade Solo and move in together save money)

Balcony Aurea is £340pp extra that gets easy drinks spa etc.
Again book two cabins solo and only do the upgrade on 1 if you don't need two lots of extras.

Another option is to book through Italy as they have a 2-4-1 offer with grats included(standard in UK) it works out cheaper for 2pax but UK is better for 1per cabin.
(can't get google translate to work so not sure if they are 100% equivalent.

The best found do far.(USA $booking was more expensive)

German base price is from £280pp(€329inc grats)
They are offering AI easy from £340pp(€400) insides.

This hits the magic AI under £50pppd

You will also need at your own expense, a negative PCR test submitted 48hrs before embarkation and a 2 day test on arrival back to UK with the code to submit on your PLF

PCR test for return may not be necessary as LFT test should be sufficient from the end of October (if government pull their fingers out)

Thats why I did not specifically mention a 'PCR" test for return, but PCR Test required at own expense pre boarding.

          Just a heads up, having booked and read all the blurb it states that;

"With the aim to protect passenger’s health, reduce its risk of infection while ashore and make sure that every aspect of the passenger’s experience during an excursion is fully in line with the on-board standards of health and hygiene, getting off the ship during a port call is permitted only in a context of a Shore Excursion organized by MSC Cruises"

If that's the case I shall be cancelling as MSC are only currently offering shore excursions in Belgium

If you don't like the idea of booking through Germany at least one agent has these under £300

CD say they will price match here is the search link(it found them )
