Cruise - Cape Town - Garden Route Tour - Game Reserve
What a fabulous combination, cruising down to South Africa staying in Cape Town, famous for its stunning table mountain & gorgeous wine, and then taking a tour along the beautiful garden route and then finishing your vacation at a Game Reserve near Port Elizabeth.

25th January transfer to 5* Mount Nelson Hotel by Orient Express, stay for one night inclusive of breakfast

26th January Garden Route Classic Tour for 3 nights with half board included, from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth.

Day 1: Depart Cape Town and travel to Barrydale for lunch (not included in the cost). Continue to Oudtshoorn - the "Feather Capital of the world", here we shall stop for a brief guided tour of the Ostrich farm. Followed by check-in at De Opstal County Lodge and dinner.
Day 2: Enjoy a morning tour of the Cango caves. Continue to the lagoon side town of Knysna - the Gem of the Garden route. Weather permitting, we shall embark on an adventurous cruise on board the Three Legs Rivercat, which will take us to the Knysna Heads. Upon return to the mainland, we continue our journey to Plettenberg Bay, dinner and check in at the Lairds Lodge.
Day 3: After breakfast, get up close and personal with nature at the Knysna Elephant Park. This visit will give you an opportunity to touch, feed and take photos with these gentle giants. After lunch (client's own account), visit the Birds of Eden, which are the largest free-flight aviary in the world. Return to the lodge in the early evening for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 4: After breakfast and check-out formalities, journey along the final leg of the Garden route to the beautiful Tsitsikamma National Park and enjoy a walk along the suspension bridge which offers a beautiful view of the Storms river mouth gorge. Take out your cameras for this very beautiful site! The tour terminates in Port Elizabeth at approximately 18h00 (drop off at the airport or your accommodation).
Includes: Transportation on an air-conditioned vehicle, half board accommodation (breakfast and dinner only), professional guide, Cruise on board the Threelegs Rivercat and visits to the Elephant and National Parks.
29th January stay 2 nights at Kwanta Game Reserve, luxury accommodation, full breakfast and 5 course evening meal and 3hour morning/afternoon game drive each day
On the reserve you can relax at the main lodge restaurant overlooking a watering hole and enjoy traditional African mouthwatering cuisine with a touch of spice. Luxury accommodation to suit your style is available in either the hotel named after Pollards INN or one of the 5 lodges. The reserve itself has rolling hills, attractive landscape and is home to the Big 5 as well as hundreds of birds and other South African wildlife. There is no malaria at the reserve
