This was our "Holiday of a Lifetime" from Singapore to New Zealand and Australia, on Celebrity Edge, and then a road trip along the Great Ocean Rd. It was all planned superbly from start to finish by Alana. From hotels, to cruise, to car hire and stops along the GOR was all taken care of by this friendly, helpful and well qualified lady. She arranged assistance at all the airports for my wife. Transfers to and from the various hotels and airports. She is a delight to speak to and has a friendly, personal manner. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always quick to answer and give any help and advice. We would not use anyone else for booking our cruise holidays.
