Welcome to the Edge!

Celebrity’s newest ship has now officially launched and is currently sailing around the Mediterranean soaking up the sunshine! She looks absolutley beautiful from all of the photos I have seen from many of my colleagues who spent a few nights onboard recently. I have only ever sailed onboard the Celebrity Eclipse which was truly wonderful so I can just imagine how the much of the ‘WOW’ factor the Edge portrayed!

One of the biggest features onboard is the Magic carpet, (thats the orange thing you can see on side of ship) Reaching 13 storeys above sea level, the Magic Carpet is the world’s first cantilevered, floating platform. Depending what deck the Magic Carpet is on is dependant on what she is offering, such as once she reaches the top deck she becomes a sky high restaurant. On deck 5 she turns into Raw on 5, a seafood speciality restaurant.

Ive also seen a lot of talk about Eden onboard, which looks like a bar and also dining venue with artists and performers wandering around to entertain you.

There is also a rooftop garden with a stage area for live bands , and is a lively area where you can also find a BBQ.

There really are so many bars and restaurants offered onboard I would be here all day talking about the options ! As well as the theatre, nightclub, ever popular Lawn club, pool areas, jacuzzis, this ship really is one to try and sail on, if you arent booked onboard yet then why not?!
