MSC Cruises- Did you know?……..

We recently were lucky enough to have a presentation from the new MSC regional rep Laura, which I found really interesting. Having been new to MSC myself when I joined Cruise.co.uk nearly four years ago I found it a little confusing as to what you actually receive with the difference between Bella and fantastic. it was great to have an opportunity to have explained in lame man’s terms.

So this is what I learned:

Both grades are available are all cabin types i.e inside, Outside and balcony.

Bella grade:

The best way to think of this grade is it is similar to the P&O saver fare. At the time of booking, this is the leading price but you are unable to choose your cabin or dining preferences.

Fantastica grade:

At the time of booking, you can choose your cabin number and have priority over dining times. Also, 24-hour room service with free delivery is included.

This grade would be recommended for clients who need to be near a lift, traveling together and want to make sure they are near each other and can dine together.

Aurea which is available on balcony and suites is a great choice if you want to include the All Inclusive drinks, have all the experience of the Fantastic grade plus included is a spa package with a choice of a message of your choice from the Spa menu. You will also get unlimited access to the Thermal Area throughout your cruise which is adults only.

MSC Yacht Club – A ship within a ship

Exclusive to MSC the Yacht club reserves its privileges to those who expect superior cruising experience. The whole ship is at your disopsal allowing you to enjoy thetre shows, gormet cusine and the Aurea Spa with its priority acces for MSC yacht club memebers.

Included in the yacht club experience you will have the attention of your own Butler, dedicated and personal service from when you are welcomed on board by the concierge, to finding complimentary drinks by your side when lounging by the private pool. In the cabins, you will find Egyptian cotton sheets on a memory foam mattress with a choice of pillows. feast your eyes on the panoramic window or private balcony. On new-generation ships, you’ll even find Royal Suites with private jacuzzi and balcony dining.

Exciting things are happening as MSC has two more ships launching next year. The Bellissima is being launched from Southampton on the 2nd of March and will be sailing off to the Mediterranean.

MSC Grandiosa is being launched November 2019.

Both ships will host two brand new shows from Cirque de Soleil and innovative dining venues like the Steakhouse, Sushi and Teppanyaki restaurants. Not forgetting for the children the amazing Aquapark.

I have yet to try an MSC cruise and really look forward to going on one in the future.
