Fjords…Here I come…

So I told you all that I was going on a cruise to the Fjords a while back, well its not long now only a few days before I visit the most beautiful part of the world.

I am so excited about cruising with Fred Olsen as this will be the first time with them.  I have only been on very big ships, so this will be very different for me but also a great experience. We are going on Fred Olsen Boudicca it’s a very small ship taking only 880 passengers and just over 300 crew, not like the Navigator Of The Seas which take 3500 passengers, which i cruised with last October.

I am cruising with my Bestie Michelle and can not wait, as this cruise is a bit of a celebration, we share the same birthday and so we will be having a prosecco or two or even three!! I celebrated my 40th Birthday in January and Michelle was 50!!! It’s no wonder we get on so well.

The highlight of this cruise for me is to visit the world famous Flam railway – Breathtaking scenery and waterfalls as you climb 867 metres in under 1 hour.

With loads of opportunities in Olden, I am sure we will not be bored, there is fishing on offer, however Michelle has said no to this as she will be sick!!! Some of these excursions are very expensive, so we will probably do things independently and see what happens, as long as we are back in time for the ship to sail.

We intend to get off at each port and just have a look round, this trip is to have a little bit of rest and relaxation.
