Farewell Oriana

P&O Cruises announced the middle of last year they had plans to see one of their most loved Ships Oriana. The 1800 passenger Vessel joined P&O back in 1995 and was widely considered as ‘ traditional cruising at its best’

At just under 70,000 Tonnes,Oriana was the smallest ship in the fleet and follows another fleet member Adonia who was sold to Azamara

It has only recently been announced she will be joining  Star Travel Ocean Cruise, based in China.

She will begin cruising from Xiamen later this year following a refit and refurbishment to kit her out for Chinese market.

In the 24yrs of Service, Oriana has often been considered a Favourite within the fleet.

Her Final Cruise took place on 22nd July and she headed North upto Norway and North Cape for her 18 night Voyage.

It was set to be a spectacular Cruise full of emotion.

I had a regular Customer of mine on board and she experienced an epic final Journey taking in the Breathtaking sights of Norway.

Here are a few of her Photos from the Final Farewell Cruise. I hope you enjoy!
