I am off to Amsterdam tomorrow

For Those of you that know me will know that the last 2 places in the world you could possible imagine me going are Ibiza and Amsterdam. Well After going to Ibiza in May it is now time for me to give Amsterdam a try.

When you you think Ibiza and Amsterdam to me I automatically think party. That is just not me. Luckily both trips are for a different purpose.

When I went to Ibiza back in May we went to Es Cana as a family holiday as far away from San Antonio (The party Area) As possible.

I am going to Amsterdam as a Work Trip. I am only going for one night. I get to do a Canal Cruise on the first night and stay in a 5 star Hotel and the second Day I will have a ship Visit on a 5 star Holland America cruise ship. The best part of it is that it is all paid for. I am flying from Southampton which is 10 minutes down the road from where I live. The flight is just over an hour away so you could probably get there quicker than getting to London.

The down side is I have checked the Weather and it shows showers which really isn’t ideal. I love the sun too much. I do have a bit of Spare time in my itinerary so wondering weather or not to do a bit of sightseeing or just chill out in a nice Bar or restaurant somewhere.

I have a 1 year old who still doesn’t sleep through the night so the thought of getting a full night sleep is exciting in itself. I will miss him though of course.
