Simply the very best! Viking Cruises.

My favourite cruise line is Viking Cruises and have sailed with them three times so far. The ship oozes quality. I would only ever consider this company for future holidays at sea. Absolute luxury combined with first class attention to detail. My favourite restaurants are The Chefs Table which offers a multi course menu and carefully selected matching wines and also Manfredi, a quality Italian restaurant set in a traditional Italian styled setting. The menu selection is excellent. The spar pool is quite extraordinary. After a day out on an excursion, you can relax in the heated spa pool and shed a few pounds in the steam room! My favourite place visited on my rescent Caribbean cruise was Porto Rico. I enjoy walking and exploring old towns and to walk along the coast from where the ship is berthed towards Castillo San Cristobal and then back through the old town of of San Juan is quite extraordinary as it gives you the opportunity to stretch youre legs after along flight to meet up with the ship. On returning to the ship youre always met by friendly faces and welcomed back on board the ship -and depending on the time of day, you have such a wonderful choice of restaurants to visit, but not before a quick dip in n the pool or spar to freshen up before making my way to a restaurant. The Viking Sea carries in the region 940 passengers and you wonder where they a all are at times. There are so many places to sit and relax. My favourite area in the evening after visiting an event in the Star Theatre is the Explorer Lounge. Its so relaxing to just sit and relax and perhaps enjoy a drink from the bar. The excursions give you an opportunity to explore the places visited are well organised, and you have a chance to experience. A well run organisation that has never disappointed.
