Cruise Elements:

Quality of Food:
We ate mainly in the Horizon Cafe. Main resturant had a poor choice
Entertainment:
Poor. No quest speaker Dance troop only performed once a week. Other acts--Juggler and instrumental
Shore Excursions:
Sihanoukville, Cambodia---An expensive waste of money
Staff:
Some issues with our passport return on dismebarkation
Onboard Activities:
Not keen on Bingo or quack doctors . Most activities seem to be around sales.
Cabins:
Need s updating

We sailed from Singapore on the 7 Jan 2020 after a two enjoyable night stay; sailing for Malaysia.

Ship/ Cabins
Clean but a little dated.

Main Restaurants
Poor choice of food most people opting for the Self Service on the Horizon deck for a better choice. The Dining room use to be the first option when we first started cruising

Outside Deck Bar
Pizza bar------Excellent although a limited choice
Burger Bar---Only used once—Burger partially raw and the fries tasted of fat.
Ice cream bar---Only two choices Vanilla and Chocolate—I like both

Passengers
Mainly Australian, American and Chinese Canadians. We were informed that Australia have their main holidays at this time of year.
Although we have visited Australia, many times we have not met some elements of the Australian passengers before.
The friendliest people we met were from Texas and South Wales.

Crew
Generally pleasant and helpful. Some problems with our passport return before disembarkation at Singapore

Formal Nights
Most conformed with the appropriate dress to the Captains welcome party. A few; mainly Australians; turned up in shorts, black socks with boots and tee shirts some singing something irrelevant to the occasion.

Alcoholic Drink
Expensive. Ship security seem to be more concerned whether you have two bottle of wine in your suitcase. Security stopped one of our suit cases which contained two bottles of wine (one bottle each as per terms and conditions) and had to go to security to identify and explain.

Excursions—Ship Booked
Malaysia Borneo—Cultural Village-Excellent although a little surreal as the mock village is in the Jungle

Vietnam—Nha Trang/ Phu My----------Enjoyable stops. South Vietnam is a good tourist destination

Sihanoukville, Cambodia---An expensive excursion with a visit to a crammed market, a temple built in 1986 a memorial and a soft drink at a hotel. Visit was cut short and drive back to the stores by the ships gangway where the tour courier started to help on the market. The whole town is under transformation by the Chinese  with new buildings
Extremely impoverish stop; some passages did not leave the tour bus because of the conditions.-----Wish we had cancelled the tour and stayed on the ship. Not sure why the ship included this on the itinerary?

Ko Samui. Thailand----------Enjoyable stop. Our tour included the Safari park and a ride on an elephant. The elephant ride supposed to last 30 min but it was around 15min. The elephant driver offed to take our picture by an awaiting family in the bush for $5 but refused. He then started to beg for a tip.
