We only saw 20 minutes of the last night show.

Childrens Activities:
Onboard Activities:
The spa was wonderful, the gym equipment is dated. I did not appreciate being asked to pay extra for Yoga or Pilates.
Yes, but we could only find three plug sockets and none near the beds for our mobiles. Plenty of hanging space was great.
This was a wonderful October cruise to Bordeaux, Bilbao and A Coruna (for Santiago de Compostela).   Bordeaux was a four hours round trip in the rain and the cathedral was closed until 3pm on Mondays so we missed seeing it.  That was a disappointing day ($119) and I would have preferred to visit La Rochelle.  Bilbao old and modern cities were very interesting and a visit to the Guggenheim Museum is a must.  Eat some “pintxos” if you can (Basque tapas).  Santiago Cathedral is glorious.  We paid $155 to use the spa for a week which was well worthwhile as there are many elements.  Yoga/Pilates cost $20/session so we did not bother and the gym was adequate but a little dated.  There is a walking & running track and many other sports facilities on board.  We dined in the Alegro and Concerto fine dining rooms (up to five courses per night) which were excellent.  For breakfast and lunch, there was a buffet restaurant or various snack options.  If you want to upgrade to the special dining options, book in good time as we missed out.  The Medallion app gave us the flexibility to order drinks or snacks anywhere onboard and a waiter would find us.  We could also find one another through the app which was useful.  The Regal Princess does not have an inside pool and the outdoor pool was a little too chilly to use in October but the outdoor hot tubs were lovely.  So was lying on a padded lounger, wrapped in beach towels, watching “Movies Under the Stars” at night, or live football, movies or music during the day.  It was hot enough to lie out in swimwear until 100 miles from Southampton.  Our balcony cabin contained a safe and a fridge with plenty of hanging space but only three plug sockets (2 European, 1 US) and our cabin steward was very cheerful and helpful.  We were three adults in a cabin (twin beds and a sofa bed) so were rather cramped once the sofa bed was out with more room during the day and sunbathing on our balcony made it worthwhile.  The entertainment was not really to our taste (Mum + 20 + 23 year old) but the choices seemed popular.  I would have liked more information sessions.  Relaxing in the beautiful central Piazza has to be the highlight whether with a coffee, ice cream or cocktail at one of many bars, perhaps listening to piano music.  We would definitely cruise with Princess again.
