This was advertised as an all inclusive tour including a guided coach tour through the Rocky mountains.The flight over with Air Canada was just adequate with a crowded plane with poor lunch and snack after 8+ hour flight. The tour was well managed by an excellent guide who provided outstanding background information. Although the weather was very varied from snow to very hot overall an enjoyable experience. Joining the cruise in Vancouver was straightforward at we checked in at 11pm, getting on board at 11.20. The cabin was fine and balcony large compared to some more modern ships. The all inclusive package includes tips and an alcohol package for drinks up to 9 dollars in value, but as there are no bar menus it is easy to build up a bill. The claimed unlimited internet is just not true. You could not use Google to research weather and destinations or even check in to departing flight, ended up sitting apart from my wife. Ship staff good, entertainment good. Food in main dining room often cool, little choice of fish. Weather good, scenery did not disappoint. Noisy ship with atrium activities disturbing normal conversation at several levels above. Taxi to airport changed at last minute by cruise.co.uk to leave no opportunity to visit Vancouver. Leaving us a 7 hour wait at the airport. Agent claimed taxi company could only pick up at 10.30 am for 6.40pm flight. Made arrangement to be picked up at 3pm with same company. Unable to contact travel consultant over weekend. Unsatisfactory cruise.co.uk. This is the third cruise we have taken since the pandemic and certainly the least satisfactory. The admin required was worse than any required in Europe. The support from cruise.co.uk consultant was both slow and inadequate. Baggage labels and final documents were not sent until two days before the cruise. A telephone call the day before the cruise was rushed and unhelpful.
