Viking Baldur

The Viking Baldur is designed for an intimate travel experience, hosting a maximum of 190 guests. This smaller scale ensures a friendly atmosphere and allows the ship to dock in central locations that larger vessels cannot reach.

There are 95 outside staterooms across various categories, including Standard, French Balcony, and Veranda options. For those seeking extra space, the ship features seven Veranda Suites and two premier Explorer Suites which boast private wraparound verandas.

The ship is equipped with a glass elevator that services the Middle and Upper decks. Please be aware that the elevator does not provide access to the Main Deck or the Sun Deck, so guests in those areas will need to use the stairs.

The Aquavit Terrace is a signature feature of Viking Longships. It is a revolutionary indoor outdoor viewing area at the bow of the ship where you can enjoy casual al fresco dining and breathtaking river views regardless of the weather.

In line with Viking’s focus on destination exploration, the ship does not have a gym or spa. However, you can make use of the walking track and putting green on the Sun Deck, or join local walks during your included daily excursions.

Cabins are fitted with both 110V North American and 220V European sockets. You will also find USB charging ports for your devices. UK guests are advised to bring a standard two pin European travel adapter for any three pin plugs.
