MSC World Atlantic

MSC World Atlantic is scheduled to welcome her first guests in November 2027. Sales are currently open for her inaugural season.

The ship will be homeported in Port Canaveral (Orlando), Florida. She will sail 7-night itineraries to the Eastern and Western Caribbean, stopping at popular destinations like Cozumel (Mexico), Puerto Plata (Dominican Republic), and the private island Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve in the Bahamas.

While both are "World Class" sister ships sailing from Florida, there are key differences:

• Homeport: World Atlantic sails from Port Canaveral (near Orlando), whereas World America sails from Miami.

• New Venues: World Atlantic will debut "Viva La Musica," a vibrant Latin bar and dance lounge, and "The Clubhouse," a multi-functional family entertainment space with bumper cars and roller skating.

• Design Tweaks: World Atlantic features a slightly redesigned, more aerodynamic aft (rear) compared to the original World Europa design.

Following its debut on World America, the Cliffhanger - the only over-water swing ride at sea - will return on World Atlantic. It swings riders 50 meters (160 feet) above the ocean on the top deck.

Absolutely. It is designed as a top-tier family resort at sea. Key family features include:

• The Harbour: A massive outdoor family district with a ropes course and aquapark.

• Doremiland: An expansive kids' club area created in partnership with LEGO®.

• The Venom Drop: An 11-deck dry slide that is a favourite for thrill-seeking teens and adults.

Yes. Adults can escape to the Zen Area at the aft of the ship, which features two exclusive pools and a quiet sun deck. Additionally, the MSC Yacht Club offers a private "ship-within-a-ship" luxury experience with its own pool, restaurant, and butler service.

The World Promenade is the ship's iconic Y-shaped open-air aft deck. It is lined with restaurants, shops, and coffee bars, and offers stunning ocean views. It is also the central hub for street theatre and nightly LED light shows.

Yes. Like her sister ships, MSC World Atlantic is powered by LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas), which is currently the cleanest marine fuel available at scale, significantly reducing emissions compared to standard marine diesel.
