Music Cities and the Deep south, why to book early!!

I am getting lots of calls for our tailor-made holiday packages for all of 2020 and into 2021, some with tours some without, the most common question I get is why are these getting booked so early if the flights are not available, and hotels cannot be confirmed?

There are a few reasons, the cruise lines give us a limited number of cabins at special rates, letting us package all of the deals together and give you the best prices, these do not last forever, they really are limited numbers, and as I always say to my customers, if we do not have the cruise the whole pack of cards will fall down.

Secondly, we have a central group manifest for the tours, they are monitored very closely to numbers, we cannot go into hundreds of people as the logistics will not work, for instance, The Mucic cities of the Deep South, we have several offers on this at the moment, this is February 2021, As you can see we have hotels, transfers and lots of other elements to control, this would be impossible for hundreds of people so we have to limit the numbers.

We cannot have everyone spread over too many hotels or it would become chaos, these tours are thought out very carefully and if we tell you there are 6 spaces left, generally this is the truth.

Hence the reason we take such early bookings !!
