After many family meetings, dates thrown backwards and forwards my 50th birthday celebrations were decided !! All aboard P&O Oceana for a 2 night party cruise.
We set sail (all 22 of us) without too much fuss and then settled into our cabins, these had all been pre-linked with the dining arrangements and table sizes, even a highchair ready and waiting for my 3 year old grandson.
It was so easy to please everyone, during the day people went off, some on their own, others on excursions, we had beautiful weather so made good use of the pool deck and spa for those who stayed on board.
On the return trip it was glad rags on and off to dinner, how nice to see everyone and carry on with drinks and dancing for the braver!!
Of the 22 people on 6 had cruised before, many have cruised since.
