128 Nights on the Viking Sun – Would you?

I know I have spoken quite a lot about Viking Ocean Cruises over the past couple of months, but they have been so successful since launching back in 2015. Currently they have and 3 ships with the Viking Sun due to launch in October 2017.

They have been so popular as a spin off to the ever so popular River Product, Viking River Cruises are one of the most popular and top-rated lines in Europe and on the Rivers of the World, so it’s not surprising they have been so popular on the seven seas.

Not that long-ago Viking announced the First World cruise which sold out in weeks, now they have a second World Cruise which will be on the Viking Sun. All of the Viking Ships are identical and may change in décor and slightly by facilities as the newer ships come out but this is quite normal as some things don’t always work so they tweak the newer ships.

They weigh just 47,800 gross tons so come in to the Small and Luxury market and carry just 930 passengers.

The second world cruise aboard the Viking Sun will be 128 nights, one of the longer lengths and will sail from Miami to London and be more focussed on the Southern Hemisphere so ports in South America and the South Pacific, Africa and Australia in fact there are 44 ports of call with 10 overnights stay. You will see the Falklands and Easter Island and cruise in the Milford Sound in New Zealand.

The Viking Sun is all Balcony staterooms and has a vast pool deck with two pools, a stunning Nordic Spa where you have complimentary access to the Thermal Suites, 8 different dining venues and drinks with meals are included. Not only that, you can use the Self-Service Laundry free of charge – Vital on a Long sailing like this.

As with the River Product, on the Ocean ships you will also have 1 free shore tour worth £1000’s over 128 nights and if you book before the end of the month you will get $2000.00 on board spend and if you are a Explorer Society Member you get an extra $1000.00

Could you do 128 nights?
