I am bilingual, I live in the UK and I love Italian food

Being bilingual is a big plus! I speak Italian and this allows me to interact with people from different cultures and conduct business with clients from all over the world.  Not only am I able to communicate with more people around the world, I also have more cultural competency. This allows me to have a greater understanding of cultural differences and how those differences might affect the way a person does business or acts in a certain situation. Knowing how to act in a certain situations helps the customer making a smooth booking or in resolving a difficult situation.

I have had several Italian customers over the years ringing me from everywhere wanting to check UK offers and wanting to book their cruise with me. With the confidence and reassurance of knowing they are not only getting the best deals in the UK, but allowing them  to speak their own language without any understanding barriers, and knowing that their booking is in safe hands.
