Buzzing about Britannia

The ship that’s got everybody talking this week comes from our very own P&O fleet. We are all getting very excited as pictures start to emerge of the magnificent construction currently taking place of what will be P&O grandest addition to its fleet.

We don’t have too much information about the exact specifics yet such as sail dates, itineraries or prices however we are currently taking pre-registrations to enable us to get information to you first as soon as it becomes available.

Richmond international are the Company who will be responsible for the interior designs of Britannia, having designed the Barbadian Resort of Sandy Lane and also injecting flair and exquisite 5 star style into many hotels worldwide I’m excited to see what ideas they will add to the new face of P&O.

Britannia is set to go on sale next month and is due to be arriving with us in spring 2015. She will certainly be clearly recognised in Southampton as well as everywhere she sails as she will be sailing proud with a 94 metre union flag on her bow. This design will then be introduced to the rest of the fleet giving our P&O fleet a strong symbolic and striking presence on the ocean. How patriotic.
