Book On Board!

Book on-board I hear you cry!  But you’re our agent, why would we want to book with anyone else!

These are remarks I hear quite a lot when speaking to customers of mine when they book with me and go through everything them.  They are worried that booking on-board will mean that they no longer book with me.  This is not the case. Now the reason we mention booking on-board on our Bon Voyage call is that there are so many benefits to booking on-board such as lower deposits, more on-board credit (now who doesn’t love a bit of free spending money) or sometimes just all round better prices plus you get first call on the cabin you want, rather than waiting to come home and find out it has sold!

I have a couple of regular customers who, every time they are on-board a cruise, they book on-board.  Now I can hears the cogs turning – how are they a regular customer if they are always booking on-board?  Well, all our customers do, is tell the cruise line that they would like the booking to be assigned to the original agent who booked the cruise, we then get notification that a booking has been made, deposit paid, and it is all booked and loaded even before you’ve had a chance to unpack the suitcase.

Our excellent customer service then doesn’t change, and we don’t change any prices, whatever you book on-board, you book with us.  And that way you still get the same amazing service and personal service until your next cruise.  You pay your balance with me, still get your documents from me, and the Bon Voyage call from me and also your Welcome Home.
