Tomorrow I will be flying off to meet a Celebrity!

 

This time I will be sailing on Celebrity Constellation for seven nights. We are joining the ship in Venice and visiting Dubrovnik, Corfu, Santorini, Mykonos and Naples finishing in Civitavecchia.

I am looking forward to exploring Dubrovnik and Mykonos for the first time. I last went to Santorini thirty years ago and will be there this time for a special wedding anniversary which will be lovely.

Corfu is an old favourite and I even have a special restaurant in mind for a peaceful lunch and some people-watching. I have visited Naples many times but have always been going on to somewhere else such as Sorrento or Pompeii so on this occasion, I may just see what the town itself has to offer.

On board, I am looking forward to sampling the specialty restaurants and the Classic drinks package!

After the week’s cruise, we are staying in Civitavecchia for a night then meeting up with family for an extended break in the beautiful Italian countryside.

Everyone chooses their cruise for different reasons but for me it is all about the destinations.
