Merry Christmas And Thank You

It is that wonderful time of the year. Firstly, it is of course Christmas, secondly it is my birthday on Christmas Eve and thirdly I am on a very well deserved break (if I say so myself!) and not back in the office till the 28th December.

It has been a mixed year really for me as my mam who is 81 has not been in the best of health and taken into hospital a couple of times. Combine that with the “best” of this year and the birth of my beautiful granddaughter Amalie!  She is a wonder, and I feel so very lucky indeed to have her in my life.

Keith and I have only cruised once this year (more is the pity) We had a really fabulous cruise with Celebrity to the Fjords in early May. We also had a smashing weekend away to Hawkshead in the Lakes in September and a “canny” weekend up the Northumberland coast with friends last month. All in all I can not complain

Christmas this year will be as busy as ever, with a trip down to Sutton Coldfield to see my son and his family, then a whizz back up north to get everything prepared for my daughter and her partner to stay for Christmas.

Can I personally thank each and everyone of you for trusting me with your arrangements, it does mean a lot to me.  I wish you all a very happy Christmas and I am sure will catch up with you in the new year.

Till next time x
