Exciting Call to be made in the UK in 2020

Virgin Voyages have announced their new first cruise ship will make a stop in the UK next year on her way to the Caribbean.

Virgins new cruise ship ‘Scarlet lady’ is currently being built in Genoa. She is set to sail in 2020 for her first season in the Caribbean from the port of Miami. And lucky us will get to experience a possible glance when she stops at a UK port (or ports), in 2020! I read it may be Dover and Liverpool, I would love to see her as she really looks like she has the WOW factor.

Scarlet lady certainly looks like she has some special things to offer, over 20 dining options which are all included in the cruise fare and there are no formal /informal words here just quirky casual to haute cuisine, changing from the normal cruise dining traditions. The decor looks out of this world, filled with bold colours and entertainment to keep you wanting more. Everything that you can expect from the Virgin Brand.

As an ‘ink’ lover I thought it was great that there is going to be a tattoo studio on board and for the music lovers of Vinyl you can take a visit to the onboard record shop. The ship will have resident DJ’s playing live sets here.

A place where I may just like to look at but that’s about it is the state of the art Gym, fitness rooms, a boxing ring and running track!! Like I say It would be nice to see (as I walk past!!) There will be a Spa, blow-dry bar and a Barbershop !! My son is a barber currently working in Ibiza I wonder if he would fancy that? Sure the family discount would be good 🙂

Hoping when she stops in the UK there may be opportunities to visit her, I suppose at the very worst I would have to book a trip … from Miami 🙂
