Those of you who read my blog will remember last November, myself and my colleague Nicola were lucky to go to Hong Kong on a research trip for work and got to be tourists for 4 nights whilst trying out tours and then giving our feedback on our return. This trip along with our colleagues who went to do the same in Singapore, Tokyo, Shanghai and Beijing have now been created into exclusive extension packages pre or post cruise, along with Vietnam and Cambodia extensions. They vary in length from 3-7 nights depending on the destination.
These new packages include private transfers from the airport, 4 or 5* hotel options, a couple of 2 full days escorted tours and most meals ie breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Currently, we have 8 different extension packages in Asia and these are:

- The Giant Buddha & Man Mo Temple Of Hong Kong Plus Lantau Island (this is the one I tested)
- Singapore’s Merlion Park, Gardens By The Bay & Temples

Have a great couple of weeks, I am sailing on the Royal Princess from the 10-13th May from Edinburgh to Southampton so will let you know all about my trip next time, and hope the Royal Princess is as great as when I sailed on 3 years ago.
