Are reviews important? Personally I think so. I think it has become a way of life to review something you are about to spend your hard earned money on and cruises are no different. With so many different cruises to choose from I think it is part of the booking process to read reviews on particular ships and destinations.

I am looking to book a helicopter flight in Miami so yesterday I searched reviews from the company Viator to see what their service was like as I have never used them before. I will be honest the reviews were not great so have I booked it with them , not yet the jury is still out but the review on this company has made me think twice.
