When cabins became homes! Only on Celebrity Edge!

Celebrity Edge is here and WOW what an impression she has made. Carrying just 2,900 passengers with a tonnage of 117,000 Celebrity Edge is sure to impress. Don’t just take my word for it though , I think these latest pictures tell their own fabulous story that surely can only guarantee to have one very happy ending.

If you love Celebrity then you are in for a real treat with this brand new Edge Class of ship. She finally set sail yesterday for the first time out of Fort Lauderdale which of course will be her home port.

According to Kelly Hoppen MBE, who has waved her magic wand over all the suites on Celebrity Edge, says ‘Homes today are all about the Art of Living’ which you can see as in some rooms on Celebrity Edge the entire living area becomes a verandah, others rooms have private plunge pools too.

The rooms are perfectly designed and rather stylish and if you can splash out a little more the infinite balcony cabins as you see above look well worth it.

This is the first time ever that a room – the size of a tennis court – attached to the side of of the ship elevates over the sea. It will travel 13 floors, changing venue according to which deck it is positioned on.

On deck 16 is where you can have a wonderful dinner like no other. Dinner on the Edge, a speciality dining experience like no other where you are elevated sky high above the sea.

On deck 14 it joins the pool deck for alfresco dining

On deck 5 The Magic Carpet will visit Raw 5 for an amazing Seafood Experience, a tantalizing A La Carte Seafood restaurant fish lovers  dream about. Here you will eat specialities that you will only be available on the Magic Carpet.

On Deck 2 it hovers above the sea ready to whisk passenger onto excursions.

There is so much to tell you regarding this ship and so much more to come but that now I hope this has given you a little taster of what this ship is all about. I will be sailing on the Apex from Southampton in 2020. On Sale 29th November.
