When you book through an online Travel Agency have you ever asked yourself who is this Agent that you are trusting with your holiday and more importantly handing over your hard earned money too. Well this is the reason for my video.

Abta (The UK’s Travel Trade organisation that ensures Travel Agents meet high service standards. ) sent out a report a few weeks ago regarding the possibility of fraudulent Travel Websites after a substantial increase to their consumer helpline.

It can be a scary and uncomfortable feeling to deal with knowing that there are people out there trying to take advantage of you, there are things that you can do.

Double check prices that are considerably cheaper than competitors

Look out for low resolution or distorted logos for trade associations

Make sure you receive a receipt when transferring any money.”

The reason for this blog is not only to give you some top tips when booking your holiday in what is the busiest month of the year for the industry but also to ensure that when you book a cruise with me you not only know that your cruise holiday is secure but you actually know a little more about the agent you are dealing with. 

I personally have been sending 1000’s of customers on cruises for the last 27 years and my passion for customer service and doing the right thing in offering my honest opinion and being helpful hasn’t waivered. In fact as the years and of course  my experience and knowledge have progressed it is important to me  you know who exactly who you are dealing with when making money changing decisions by booking life changing cruise holidays.

I am on a fantastic journey and have met some wonderful people along the way and who I have become close friends with and I am hoping this will continue for many years to come.
