Ready to book your dream cruise but unsure of who to book through or book with?

As an online travel agency it can be a little daunting booking with just a voice at the other end of the phone especially when you are handing over your hard earned money.

I thought I would give you a little insight into yours truly so you know you can book your holiday with confidence and also know that with the new GDPR your details and payments are totally secure.

So who is Holly Crabtree

Living in Leeds I am a single mum of two children ages 22 and 19 and who also is a mum to a dog called Buster who is 7. ( A white fluffy ball of cotton wool)

My daughter has just finished University and now starts on Monday a masters course in Investigative Physcology, my son is at Leeds University doing a degree in sports and business management. My dog Buster currently spend the day by my feet ( a cross between a Shitzu and a Bijon Frize) he is my world and spoilt rotten.

We as a family have cruised many many times mainly on Royal Caribbean ships as for them they have everything they need . This year we embark on a 7 night cruise on Symphony of the Seas around the caribbean. Now I have told them that this will be probably our last cruise as a family and then quietly added the last cruise I will also pay for you too. I am sure many of you know that situation of children coming on holiday through their twenties with their parents knowing parents will pay of course.

Personally though with friends I have been on over 20 cruises now either with friends or through work ( perks of the job which I am eternally grateful for) I am often asked who is my favourite cruise line and ship and for me it has to be Celebrity Eclipse. Sailed on her now three times and when i get on board it feels like home. I just love the decor service entertainment and most of all the meals including QSine speciality restaurant.

Royal Caribbean are always a must if taking the children but Princess Cunard and MSC and NCL are a very close second.

Don’t be put off MSC as when on her new ship this April I was completely inspired by the decor fun things to do and the amazing speciality dining restaurants. English spoken throughout too.

I have sailed on the luxurious Regent Explorer and have also done a River cruise from Amsterdam which i loved.

I would definitely book a River Cruise again loved the peace and tranquility of it and being transported into a wilderness of never ending scenery. Well you know what I mean.

I have been in the industry for 30 years you may know this already 😉 but Working in this particular industry of solely cruises has given me a passion and a confidence in the job that I do that I didn’t know existed. The reality of speaking to a customer over the phone who i have never met allows me to be committed to the call and also allows me to get to know my customer. I have booked 1000’s of customers over the years and many have become real friends which is something I value and fully appreciate.

I guess if you haven’t booked with me before you are in good hands. Read my service comments on this website and one thing stands out I guess is that I have a great sense of humour. I have customers who I can discuss Love Island with, I have customers who wont call me after 7pm as they know I watch Emmerdale. I have customers who when we speak we talk about our dogs.

It is a wonderful job to be in and it is a complete pleasure in looking after your holiday for you.
