What else could Royal Caribbean add to their ships?

I have been on many cruise ships over the years but as of yet, not taken my children. After speaking to my 2 sons this week about cruise ships they got me thinking? My oldest, 9 year old Rhys is obsessed with animals , zoo’s , pets everything to do with wildlife and he asked if cruise ships had animals on them. Obviously they don’t but it had me asking what will be next on cruise ships?

We already have shops, streets, surfing, rock climbing even ice skating and with the latest Quantum Class ships with Royal Caribbean they’ve added more!

Quantum of the Sea

Quantum of the Seas and Anthem of the Seas are Royal Caribbeans latest class of ship and will feature activities never experienced at sea before!  And even better news the Anthem of the Seas is based in Southampton for the summer of 2015.  This is going on sale last week in February and will sell out very quickly so give me a call to pre-register your interest.

Take a look at what they’ve added :

Ascend 300ft above sea level in North Star

Fly at sea in the exhilarating RipCord by iFly sky diving simulator

Try the very first bumper cars at sea

Have you been brave enough to try everything that some of these ships have to offer? I have tried the rock climbing on the Independence of the seas and loved every minute of it! Just wish I had the chance to try Flowrider………little cold in Southampton in April !!

Me , scaling the heights of Independence of the Seas!

Royal Caribbean Cruises really do lead the way with activities on board their ships, no excuse for your children to get bored.  With 22 ships on the seas in 2015 – the choice of activities and facilities will appeal to all age groups, not just families!

What would you like to see on a ship?  let me know your thoughts!
