The idea of the Night is for people to try something new, certainly different to our usual cinema or steak night. We loved it and will definitely return! This brings me nicely to cruising, do you try new things on your cruise, many ships allow us to try things such as Lobster and gigantic prawns you wouldn’t find in Tesco. Or do you still play safe on holiday? I certainly make the most of trying new things when or a cruise or holiday abroad.
I’ve always thought of travelling as a time to be adventurous. It is a time to try new things and step outside of our comfort zones. You only live once,
My kids even try new things, and I push them too, we worry about the waste or expense at home , but holiday is holiday and its a time for creating memories and learning new likes and loves. My 12 year old has turned into a little foodie. He’s an amazing eater who loves good and unusual seafood’s. It was actually cruise ships that got him into it. He couldn’t wait to eat grown up fancy foods and there is no risk about trying things on a cruise ship.
Do you agree? Do you stick to the same fish and chips when away, miss your Sunday roast or do you get stuck in and try something new? What happens if you, or someone you are cruising with (such as a young child) is a picky eater and hates trying new foods? Then a cruise is perfect due to the amount of choice.
