Every time that I speak to a customer that is travelling alone, the first question that I get asked is how much is the single supplement and why do I get penalized for being on my own?

This is very true! There may be a number of reasons why someone is travelling alone, may be they have lost their soul mate, their travel partner, never married, or partner/husband is too ill to travel. The other situation is that two friends want to go on holiday together but don’t feel comfortable sharing a cabin together.
